Would be great for someone to invest themselves into LRRecords. The label is pretty much being run by the ‘little rascal’ with a bit of help by ’sistarascal’. To have someone getting right into internet and general real world promotion and marketing of the label and its artists would be a blessing. This would free up much time for the ‘little rascal’ to make more great music and do more gigs and shiz…(more for the promo-rascal to promote!). This would be an ideal partnership for this little indie label. Basically looking for some ultimate internet tweaker, thats right into the music and is skilled, interested and inspired by the internet as a powerful tool for any music artist, label or business. This is an ongoing job always in need of tweaking and being ‘on the pulse’, as it extends beyond the internet into real world promotion, marketing and networking. or even the internet is another realm/tool of the overall promotion and marketing of a music label. This job would also extend into Radio, and getting our artists tracks and records ‘on air’, radio interviews and more…We are a small creative label, there is much room for involvement, creativity and growth. We are open minded and flexible. maybe your more about business development, finances and accounting, databases and systems, grant writing, tour management - whatever <(the ultimate would be someone that can do all of the above!, this would allow the 'little rascal' much time to get lots of great music happening!)> if you have something to contribute, please do, even if you just specialize in one area and want to contribute, get the work experience, make the affiliation, get more dub > then please contact us… We want this person to take this at their own pace, to grow with the label > we are looking for that special person that is obsessed with music and passionate about working relentlessly for a small dubwise label..This pays off in many ways, and shares in label profits are expected. This months Dub and Bass Rascals brings up a guest playa from Melbourne, Leika,
joining the usual suspects at the newly refurbished Green Ant Cantina.

Leika , previously was playing as JUX down Melbourne way,
has been a disciple of bass music since around 1999 , seeing Roni Size at Big Day Out ,
then fully embraced the culture once arriving in Melbourne and hooking up with the boys at Broken Beat Assault.

Leika will be joined by the Dub Rascals returning after last months ho-down playing another eclectic set of dub, dubstep, bassline and jungle.
K-one returns to bring on the solid drum’n'bass and round off what is bound to be a big night for bassheads and dubbers…
