RTRFM 92.1’s In The Pines returns for its 24th year on Sunday, April 30, 2017.

WA music’s day of days takes us back to the lush surrounds of the Somerville Auditorium on the grounds of UWA.

This year we mix up the line up with some oldies, some present favourites and the future of the WA music scene.
Bring yourself a picnic and your dancing shoes for the best day on the musical calendar.

Apricot Rail, The Love Junkies, The Picture Gardens, POW Negro, Solar Barge Big Band, Förstöra join a bill that includes Childsaint, Hideous Sun Demon, Jebediah, Criag Hallsworth, Tangled Thoughts of Leaving, Bells Rapids, Daniel Susnjar Afro-Peruvian Jazz Group, Doctopus, Dream Rimmy Jeff’s Dead, Institut Polaire, Sodastream, Phil Walley-Stack and RAG N’ BONE.

Radiothon 2013 « RTRFM / The Sound Alternative.

RTRFM is entirely self-funded and our annual subscriber drive, Radiothon is the station’s main source of income. The continued support of listeners during Radiothon ensures that RTRFM can continue to deliver unique programs and events, and remain a high-quality alternative to mainstream radio in Perth.  It is your station as much as it is ours.

This year’s Radiothon Party kicks off RTRFM’s annual pledge drive with a massive Northbridge-wide music celebration to support The Sound Alternative on Saturday 17 August from 8pm to late.
